Richard Anderson, LLB, ACA, ATII - Director and 50% shareholder
After university, Richard spent ten years working in the City for Arthur Andersen, County NatWest and Lazard Brothers. He left in 1997 and set up MRP with co-director Mark Willmott. The company focused initially on building up a residential investment portfolio. This was sold in 2002 to enable the directors to concentrate on development. Richard is also founder and former finance director of CliQ Limited a private equity backed start-up which raised £2m of private equity. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with degrees in law from Edinburgh and Oxford Universities.
Mark Willmott BA (Hons) Dip (Arch) RIBA - Director and 50% shareholder
Mark has worked in private architectural practice since qualifying in 1986. Having worked on various mixed-use developments from inception through to completion in London's Docklands, including a twelve month site-based project architect role, he co-founded Forge Architects and Surveyors Ltd in 1992. Mark spent the subsequent 11 years building up the practise into a successful planning consent specialist before selling his 50% shareholding in January 2003 to concentrate on architecture-led development in MRP.
