As part of its larger Hinckley scheme (see Hinckley Hub), MRP Hinckley No. 1 LP secured planning consent a total of 40 houses and 6 apartments. The accommodation was subsequently acquired with planning consent by Westleigh Developments who completed construction. The scheme comprises 100% affordable accommodation with a mixed tenure of below market rent and shared ownership.
